Marcy's Bedfordflex Review:
The Bedfordflex: "Simple to operate! Everyone can use it!" I like this spiffy, little camera! Its a "double-lens reflex camera" . The Bedfordflex takes 12 images on 127 film. I bought it for eight bucks at a camera show. It came with its box and instruction sheet. Im glad Ive got that instruction sheet ... this camera has a "B" setting. Pretty complicated. Completely plastic, the camera is 2 1/2 inches wide and stands 6 inches high with its view finder open (4 1/2 inches folded). Its "Plasticion" lens says f8 speed 1/50 sec. Step two on the instruction sheets says to "Look into the viewfinder and what you can see in the ground glass is the exact image you take." Ground glass? Ground glass? Bedfordflex...heh, heh... reminds me of Bedford Falls. George Bailey... I was saving my money for a dee-vorce, if ever I get married!
McKeown's PRICE GUIDE TO ANTIQUE & CLASSIS CAMERAS 2001-2002 states, "Bedfordflex - Twin-lens novelty camera for 4x4 cm on 127 film. $5-10."
