THE ARGUS WORLD ARGOSY
Martin Reinbold - New Castle, DE

All photos were takes with 100 ASA Kodak Gold. The day I shot these photos, the temperature was in the 20s. I did not shoot any further rolls beyond that day since the temperature kept falling daily and I felt it unsafe for the camera to use it in such low temperatures. The day after I sent it to Virginia, the temperature shot past freezing.

The Liberty Bell needs no further description. It was shot
with a Vivitar flash at 100 speed, f8.

This is Christ Church in
Philadelphia, which is the burial site of several colonial notables, including
Benjamin Franklin. This shot was taken at 50 speed, f11.

The statue of William Penn, taken one block over from my house
on "The
Green" here in New Castle. I do not recall the speed nor F settings for
this shot. William Penn was the founder of Philadelphia and the name sake
for the state of Pennsylvania. His statue rests here because New Castle was
the first place where he set foot here in America.
